Steven knew my area (fallbrook) and the surrounding area well, his knowledge and experience of everything around was extremely helpful and impressive. He hosted multiple open houses for us despite already having multiple viewing appointments and was always available. As stressful as the home buying/selling process can be Steven made our experience smooth. He is easy to communicate with, get a hold of, and schedule things with.
