Carlo has been such a blessing. For the longest time I was afraid of putting my house on the market because I knew I was facing a lot of competition from new builds sprouting up in the Spring Branch area on top of the 3 or 4 houses that were always on the market in my neighborhood.
But Carlo came in with a plan, with a can-do attitude, and most importantly always recommended what was best for us. Not only was he patient when answering all of our questions, he also has a concierge team (shoutout to Ashleigh) who is always available to help in whatever way possible. Carlo is also the realtor you want on your side - he will hustle, negotiate, and do his absolute best to get you everything you deserve. Needless to say we sold the house quicker than most houses in our neighborhood (1.5 months vs 4 months) and even that was during a pandemic and an ice storm.
