We hired Brandon from HB Ranch and Home Properties to be our realtor. It was an amazing experience and we cant say enough good things about this realtor. Brandon walked us through the entire process. He was responsive to our questions, and always on-time for the sell of our home. He had a video produced of our home which really highlighted its great features and contributed to the multiple offers we received and subsequent quick sell. Brandon was incredibly professional and he ensured all our documents were completed in a timely manner. We definitely recommend Brandon to anyone looking for a trust worthy, efficient and professional realtor to represent them with the sell of their home.

Wow, can't say enough about Brandon Gardner-Thompson. I've bought a few houses in my time and he's been by far the greatest realtor I've ever had. I'd call him and most of the time he'd answer if not he always returned my call back within minutes. He was there for every step of the process of buying the house, from inspections to the end with signing at the close. He showed me lots of houses which anyone else would have been annoyed but not him. He always had a positive attitude!

Brandon was an amazing realtor.
He represented both buyer & seller in this particular situation.
I found him to be friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and always willing to go the extra mile. It didnt matter what time of day or night I contacted him with some off the wall concern or question.... he always got right back to me and if he didnt know the answer he would refer me, contact someone and get back to me or even share a personal experience. Was tough to get an appraisal in our area ( small, rural & no one knows the area!) He was reassuring and continued to keep us informed throughout the long process.
He even advised us as to what he would pursue if he was buying. Brandon went above and beyond to make this be a great transaction for us. I cant thank him enough for everything he did. We felt like we not only gained a realtor but a friend!
He even gave us a great contact for insurance! Great realtors are hard to come by- save this one- hes the nice guy youll look forward to working with!
