We have been working with Bryant for nearly two years, looking to purchase property in Tennessee. We live out of state and travelled to the area and spent a day with Bryant looking at various properties. We were shown many properties that did not meet our expectations. Following that day, we email or text Bryant when we see a property of interest. Sometimes he responds and sometimes he does not. Recently, we were interested in a property and asked for video or more photos. We did not receive either, but Bryant did finally FaceTime us to show the property. I specifically asked questions about the neighboring area and across the road. Bryant failed to show us pictures of this and failed to disclose any information. There was a push for us to close on the property, and we made it clear that we had to put eyes on the property prior to closing. We made the 9 1/2 hour drive on Christmas Eve, looked at the property on Christmas Day and made the 9 1/2 hour drive home. We were quite upset that Bryant did not disclose the condition of the property directly across the street. There was a burned out house and basically a junk yard. Of course, he was not with us on Christmas Day to view the property, but I did text him and asked him to call. He called the next day and provided several excuses, even claiming he did not see that property directly across the street. Needless to say, we are not buying the property. We would not have paid to have a soil report or appraisal completed had we known the condition of the property across the street. So we are out over $1,500 and now have to fight to get the earnest money back. Bryant isnt owning this and is not really doing anything to assist us. So, buyer beware!! (I would give no stars if the system allowed it.)
