April 2021 we closed on our home in Maumee where we lived for 16 wonderful years. It was a difficult choice for us to sell but we couldn't have made a better choice for a realtor. When we decided to sell we were out of town for the winter. Victoria and her team, John and Max did everything in preparing our home to sell which included removing rugs, pictures, countertop clutter items, all the way down to bathroom every day use items. Because of her teams effort, including pictures and marketing, our home was put up for sale on a Friday and the following Monday we had 4 written offers to choose from.
