He started off with a property inspection and then gave us a list of recommended changes that would enhance the value of our property. He then helped us select sub-contractors to do some of this work. Once the property was done, he worked with the rest of the Abu team to stage the house making it look fantastic. The result was an offer over asking in only 4 days. Selling your childhood home after your parents pass away is never an easy task. Having never sold a home before, I researched and learned that I should "interview" for a realtor.
