To be honest I was not looking forward to the process of purchasing a home. With our life style and career path, this purchase was going to be different and sight unseen. We needed to put all our trust in Dennis, as he was our boots on ground and our eyes. (I was terrified) but Dennis almost instinctively jumped in and made sure we were comfortable. From our first call of introductions and concerns and wants and needs. He took everything we said and actually listened. He understood my concerns and assured me he was there for us! If we had questions hed find an answer, if we were unsure he would provide his personal opinion. He personally went and did video walk throughs for about 4-5 if not more properties through out eastern Tennessee for us. Not only did he do walk throughs HE WAS HONEST about conditions, the materials used on flooring or walls, things you couldnt tell by pictures or videos. He would take the time to than call us and go over it. To put this in perspective I was located PST, my husband was in a time zone 11 hours ahead of me and Dennis in EST, so to coordinate signatures, paperwork, etc was far from easy. Yet Dennis worked beyond the normal 9-5 to make sure our questions were answered. I Honestly could go on with how AMAZING Dennis is. And appreciate working with him to find our forever home. But my favorite part is that he treated us like family or friends. Not once did I feel he saw us as a commission or a number. He makes you feel as though hes giving you all of his attention while also doing the same for all his other clients because his communication is unmatched and he treats us like actual people.
