Josh showed us over a dozen homes and never complained when we put offers on three of them. He is a skilled negotiator who works hard to get us everything we requested in a home. He fought hard to find us our forever home and never made us feel pressured to put an offer on one even when we were getting close to the must be under contract by date. When our lender tried to throw us a curve ball, Josh stepped in and fought for us by making phone calls and sending emails to keep the lender on task. Josh understands how to do his job. He made the process incredibly easy and his knowledge, not only of general real estate but of the local market made it an extremely peaceful and stressfree process throughout.
