We have worked with many real estate brokers and agents on several real estate transactions over the years and I can say with confidence that Veronica is the best agent/broker that we have ever used.

Veronica has the qualities that make her an extremely successful and effective broker. I cannot say enough about her professionalism and knowledge within the industry. She has high integrity and is conscientious and determined, always keeping the clients best interests in mind. Our real estate sale was a small transaction relative to the size of properties and transactions Veronica normally manages but she treated my husband and me with the same professionalism and courtesies one would expect for a large transaction. One of the qualities I respected the most was her innovative style. She gets to the point quickly yet professionally, always respecting the clients time. She does an excellent job of listening to her clients needs and does not waste time showing on deliberating on what needs to be done. She does research to assist with assessing a reasonable value of the property for the offer and then negotiates effectively with the opposing broker on behalf of the client. She is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to our late-night emails after hours. She shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. I have the highest level of confidence in her. Our transaction went smoothly, and we closed on time.
As mentioned above, she represented us on the sale side of the transaction. I would not hesitate to use her as my listing agent whether I were selling or purchasing property. She is smart and extremely professional. I have the highest level of confidence in her and feel she would be able to accurately assess any situation and figure out an effective solution. In future transactions, I will only have Veronica Odom to represent me.
