Buying a home can be can sometimes be an unpleasant experience for first time home buyers if you dont have the right realtor/team to guide you. Recently relocated from Boston to Cincinnati and we just got our first home in Cincy through Eric. Moving to the Midwest we had no clue what we were getting into. I had started watching Erics YouTube channel well before we moved to Cincinnati. We found the videos informative and it really helped us a lot in getting familiar with the city and where we wanted to purchase our first home.
