Andrew was accommodating to work with we had contacted him a year prior to take a quick peak at our home when we were not sure if we were going to sell or not. Andrew gave us some pointers on prioritizing updates that would offer more visual appeal as well as increase the value of our home. When we had performed some of his recommendations we came in touch with him again roughly a year later. Realtors have only one of two descriptions. Theyre either great or they suck and never just ok. Andrew redefines the scale to set the bar to absolutely marvelously fantastic! Compared to what homes sell for, a realtors percentage is extremely low. Andrew approaches every client as if theyre millionaires looking to make the best investment, which makes you feel like royalty. His professionalism is unmatched. He NEVER minimizes his hustle, hes just as amped and motivated in the middle and end as he was in the beginning of every task hes given. ALWAYS AVAILABLE..and I mean always, the guy got super sick and never skipped a beat. He never forgets his people. I touched base just to ask questions years earlier, when I was finally in a position to buy 3 years later I called him THE DUDE STILL HAD MY NUMBER LOCKED IN HIS PHONE AND KNEW MY NAME! Completely impressed. I knew nothing about buying a home or what to look for. After 1 sit down with Andrew, I received more answers than I had questions and left thinking This guy can sell ice to an Eskimo. He knows his stuff. He's not this uptight prep-boy hungry for a sale or pushy. You know this guy has done the work, with consistency and dedication for a long time. How many generational realtors do YOU know? Cause I got one! Which helped me create generational wealth with me buying my first home. If hes alive still, my childrens children are going to buy and sell all their homes from Andrew Atwood. Hes the Michael Jordan of his Atwood team and theyre champion record is the proof in the pudding. When it seemed like other parties involved might be taking too much time to finalize the deal, Andrew took initiative to get everyone up to his speed. I think its also fair to say that on the day I started making calls shopping for realtors, he was the only one who was reachable out of 7 realtors. Felt great 2 hours later to say to say 6 times to the 6 who returned my calls Oh, I appreciate you returning my call though I was able to immediately speak with Andrew Atwood of Century21 and I have decided to go his route, but thank you. Welcome to my TED talk: Drew is so amazing that I considered selling the house I literally just bought to be able to work with him again. My husband and I bought a home that was in the process of being built - Drew was incredibly knowledgeable regarding things we could add, change or update... either now or later. We moved from another state, which made the buying process a bit more cumbersome because we weren't readily available for impromptu showings. I would highly recommend Andrew Atwood when looking for a house. WOW, all of these things were Andrew Atwood. He was kind, respectful, had get patience. I could text him or call him anytime and he would act like I was his only concern. I knew he had other people he needed to talk to, but you would never guess that. He told us what would happen all the way through the process and I felt like I could ask questions at any time. He got us people to talk to when we needed them, like a contractor that could give us estimates on work that needed to be done. Or a lawyer that explained an issue with the property so we were comfortable moving forward.

From the first moment I met Drew, I knew I was going to be taken care of. I would have never known he had any other clients other then my kids and myself. This was shown in more ways then one. He got me set up quickly with house viewings, mortgage loan officer, and inspector. Any questions I had he responding quickly. His knowledge isnt just limited to real estate. He was previously a handy man. Which was a great advantage to have when a client like me doesnt know much about maintenance. Drew has gone above and beyond for me. I would recommend him 100%.
