Amazing experience. When you are buying a house six hours away from home, the list of things you need help with grows. Especially during a pandemic where so much is done remotely. We had a better than great experience with Tracy. She was honest about the properties and their condition, not just trying to sell. Knew the market. Was patient to only suggest things that met our wish list. When we found it, she did a detailed video walkthrough, and scheduled a visit on short notice. When we made an offer, she went through each step and helped negotiate a great deal for us.
Unlike many realtors, she didnt disappear once the contract was signed, just to show up for a check at closing. She scheduled inspections, recommended contractors, and met several of them for us since we were hours away. Helped with coordinating work- met an arborist, HVAC company and others at the property to keep everything moving to keep our closing on track. And gave honest advice about the market and what work would have a good return. Helped find movers, a lawn guy, a cleaning service, a painter... the list goes on. Crazy responsive, even after the closing.
