There were times when she went beyond what was required of her and was diligent in meeting deadlines and keeping us updated. Carman was great to work with! She helped a lot with setting up appointments and getting paperwork flowing. Also, a text or call away. She would update us almost daily with things going on. Felt like we were a family, going for the same goal. Shes understanding, polite, committed, and just fantastic. I would like to thank her once again. Definitely would recommend her! We had everything done and in order before closing. 4 weeks. While selling a home out of state. Carman Charles, went above and beyond helping us find our forever home. We had video calls so we could have a virtual walk through. She sent several different listing for us to look at. Even if we saw something of interest, she went herself to look at the property for us.
