She was upfront and honest about what we needed to do and the price point the house needed to be at to sell. It took 3 months for it to sell but thats more on me for not listening to her price that she wanted to put on the house. She was spot on with that. As soon as we got to that area it sold in 7 days. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling. I lived 2 hours away and couldnt always get there to check on the house but she would go and look it over for me. She always would let me know what needed to be done or mowed so I would know what to bring with me the next time I came down. I truly appreciate everything she did for us.
