Susan was our agent on the purchase of a second home on the Mendocino Coast. She is knowledgeable but incredibly personable making for a fun process. Susan was proactive and sent me listings that I would have dismissed myself without her presentation which ultimately led us to the perfect home. When I asked Susan if coming over on a Sunday and seeing five in one shot was too many, her response was, "Let's go for it". We never imagined our second meeting with Susan would find us our dream house.
Susan offered her opinions when we asked but never pushed us. A false alarm on the inspection left us disappointed and Susan was patient as we processed the findings. We decided for a second opinion along with other standard inspections and Susan was there every step of the way to ensure our needs were filled.
I think what gave us our biggest trust in Susan was when we briefly entertained the idea of building. Susan began presenting us with listings of bare land. A transaction of that nature would have meant far less commission for Susan compared to the houses in our budget but that didn't seem to be on Susan's agenda. She searched every avenue to make our dreams come true regardless of the final sale's price or commission. That demonstrated to us, that our best interests as a client, was her priority.
Whether it be buying and selling, this is our 15th real estate transaction and hands down the most fun! After a brief relationship, we adore Susan and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great agent on the Mendocino Coast.
