April was professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. She was obviously experienced in the real estate market in Oak Island and advised me what we should ask for the property. She told me what similar properties had sold for, how long it would probably take to sell, and what the final price would probably be. She was able to package the property and make it look so nice I was almost tempted not to sell it! April did an outstanding job from start to finish. I was not exactly the easiest client to deal with due to extremely bad experiences with other agents. I literally had no hope at all. April knows the market and area extremely well, buying or selling. She has years of experience, not like all these people that became "agents" due to a hot market. Not only did she go above and beyond with everything, she was honest about things she thought were good or bad even if it meant lower commission.
