There is a lot to like about Veronica and how she does business. I have never sold a house before and she helped me sell my rental property in Ypsi this spring. Upon initial contact, I could tell she was kind, responsive, realistic and knowledgeable about the area. She did a great job of explaining the process. Other realtors I talked to provided higher than believable selling prices and seemed over ambitious to get me excited to work with them, but it had the opposite affect. She is so flexible and informative. Veronica was amazing as my realtor. I was a first time buyer, and had exactly zero idea of what I needed to know about the house-buying process. Veronica sat down with me (virtually, of course) and took me step by step through what I needed to know, and by the end, I was so much more prepared than I was expecting to be.
