This woman (Kelly Lee) is such a rock star realtor! The first time I met her she exhibited a warmth, professionalism, and confidence (not salesy arrogance) that I did not see with any other realtors. From the get-go she was on point with everything. During our home purchase the builder did several maneuvers that were questionable and before we could even begin to brainstorm about how to handle it, Kelly would present us with options and let us know she was "on it". I loved the fact that any time I had a question, she was either already finding the answer or would find out quickly and get right back to me. The woman knows how to communicate and that was one of the things I most valued about her. Her professionalism, personableness, and persistence is top notch and I can't sing her praises enough! We met her at an open house for a house she was selling in Spring Lake, Woodland, CA and my wife was an excellent judge of character in Picking Kelly to be our advocate as we purchased a new home from a builder. At one point we thought we were not going to get our home because the builder told us that a cash offer had bumped our offer off. We had given up and she went into Bulldog mode and lobbied the builder to give us a chance and we were back in and our offer was accepted!
