We started working with Jude almost a year ago when houses were selling fast and mostly to cash buyers. Jude showed us more houses than we can count and wrote more offers than I'd like to admit to. At one point we gave up until Jude found a beautiful house for us with sellers who were willing to work with a family. We closed on 11/8 and could not be happier.
