Blanca Swayzer was the realtor for the seller, and my 80 year old parents were the buyers. First, the sellers wanted to sign earlier than agreed upon, so my parents accommodated the moving up of the signing. Then the sellers wanted to spend the night in their home after signing and closing, without discussing it. Ms. Swayzer just assumed that even though we were closing and signing at 4pm, that the sellers would just stay the night. Our realtor reached out to Ms. Swayzer to inform her that the sellers couldn't do that as it was no longer their house at that point. Upon signing and wiring the money, my parents received their key and proceeded to their new house which they were excited about. Upon arriving to their new house, the sellers were still there moving items out. When our realtor asked them to leave immediately, Ms. Swayzer said 'oh are you going to kick a military family out on the street? And then Ms. Swayzer hung up on our realtor. This was completely inappropriate. We also later found out that Ms. Swayzer asked the title company to hold off on releasing the funds, without any discussion or agreement with our realtor. Ultimately once my parents were able to enter their home, there was no garage remote and the supposedly 'new' blinds were found in a pile of old mattresses and trash at the foot of the driveway. These actions are not one of an ethical realtor. I would not recommend working with this firm. 2022
