We were looking for a home as soon as possible in order to get out of a terrible living situation, and when we found this home, Ana was the realtor that helped us. Ana was absolutely incredible! First of all, she did a great job advertising the home and giving a thorough tour, making sure to show all the wonderful amenities that the house had to offer. Secondly, she made sure to get a good feel of who we were as tenants before allowing us to move forward with the lease on our home. This was great because we felt like she wasn't there to waste anyone's time, but wanted to make sure that everything was right before moving forward. Despite some negative marks on our credit, Ana felt like we were the right people for this home, so she made sure to put in a good word for us to the owners. Next, when we decided to apply for the home, Ana made sure that the process was fast, smooth and efficient. She was able to get all the paperwork done within a few hours! Lastly, once we were finally approved, she made sure to meet us as soon as possible to hand us the key. We were in our home immediately (within 24 hours of starting the process)! Working with Ana was life changing, not only did she do a great job and work quickly, she was also a amiable and genuine person to do business with! We felt like she actually cared about us and not just about closing a deal. When we decide to buy a home, we will use Ana as our realtor. The experience with her was incomparably great!
