Simply put, Dawn was amazing!

We were moving from Cincinnati to Austin and had four days to find a house. Dawn did great pre-work to determine what we were looking for and prepared 10 houses for us to visit when we arrived.

Houses were on the market less than 48 hours and we spent two day seeing all our choices. Dawn's pre-work helped us not to waste time.

At our last house on the list, Dawn got a call about a house we wanted to see, but had gone off the market a week before we arrived. She arranged for us to see it immediately. We visited it once at night, and on a third day we went back again and put an offer on it.

Dawn helped to negotiate a final price and we finished the trip with most of two days to relax and enjoy out new purchase.

Dawn helped negotiate some personal property we purchased from the seller. She put us in touch with a great local mortgage broker, found cool places for us to eat while in Austin, and watched over the house for us until we arrived, five weeks later, to move in permanently.
