When we decided to buy, I immediately thought of her. We were buying from a distance and both Carol and Russell went above and beyond to help us have a successful transaction. Russell is a salt of the earth real estate agent. He was incredibly responsive working with me and my husband. At the time we lived out of state and were trying to buy a house site unseen in the frenzy market a couple of years ago when every listing had multiple offers.
