Where do I start. First, I have only known Sabrina about 6 months. We asked her to give us a quick analysis of where she thought our house would be priced in the Citrus Heights market. She come by a few days later and presented a detailed market analysis and pricing of our house higher than what we were thinking. We decided to go ahead with Sabrina's services and signed the contract. She assisted in getting a cleaning service to do a thorough cleaning, a handyman for those small projects, and a carpet cleaner. Basically, we had to write the checks. She brought in a photographer/videographer and created an excellent video and album of the house. Once the house hit the market we had people stopping by the house the that same day and actually went into contract a day later. Sabrina and the other realtor brought together teams on both sides and the Escrow process went smoothly. Very satisfied with Sabrina's services and her knowledge of the real estate market in this area. 2022
As a first time home buyer, going into the housing market can be a bit "nerve wracking" and confusing because there is a lot to learn with so much time & money on the line but I will say this.. Sabrina has been EVERYTHING my family & I needed in a Realtor. I truly don't know where we would've been without her, she would give us knowledge on things we overlooked, we ALWAYS had updates texted directly to us whenever anything occurred on our behalf, paperwork was always well written out & organized as well.
