Kerry is a TRUE professional. I didn't learn that through this buying experience... I already knew it, and selected her for it. I did not have time for headaches or issues and Kerry gave me confidence through the entire process.

She is so wonderful to work with -- she answers all our questions in a timely manner, she is friendly, she goes above and beyond to help us with some silly requests (like when we were trying to get on House Hunters, which didn't work out in the end!) and she never pressured us, ever. She understood our needs, and she went herself to do virtual tours for us when we couldn't be there in person. When we found our home, she helped us with the offer process even though we weren't yet there to see it in person -- you REALLY have to trust your realtor to do that! She was incredibly helpful during the inspection and negotiations as well. So easy to work with! While working with her to buy our home, we ended up needing a last minute week-long rental and she helped us find a fantastic place on super short notice. She also helped my mom find a summer rental! Trying to buy a house during a pandemic was hard enough. Trying to buy a house within walking distance to your parents, even more of a challenge. Kerry stuck with us from October 2020 until we closed late April 2021. We got the house 1/3 of a mile from our parents. We are all thrilled. Kerry was great to work with and a real whiz with virtual tours. We were 1200 mi away in the Chicago area trying to buy a house. She made us comfortable looking for homes that we were not able to personally tour. We wholeheartedly would recommend Kerry whether you are buying or selling.
