Naomi did an outstanding job to help us to sell our house. Naomi is a responsible agent. She did a lot of work in the early stage of selling a house according to the needs of her clients, including observing the condition of the house, repairing and cleaning the house, publicizing and promoting the house, etc. Since we live out of state and have no way to go to California to deal with matters related to selling our house in person, Naomi is really dedicated to helping us. Whenever we need her to visit the site in person, she will drive to the house to help handle it. She is also good at communication and can do a good job of bridging us with buyers, HOA, escrow company, etc. She can also provide timely feedback so that we can clearly understand every step of the transaction. She always considers her clients. One thing that impressed me deeply was that after inspecting the condition of the house, the inspection company hired by the buyer said that the quiet cool system of our house was missing two fans. If the buyer was compensated at the market price, If so, we need to pay about US$2,500, which we have already agreed to pay, but Naomi thought this was strange. Since we have been renting this house before, we cant remember whether many facilities and equipment were there when we handed over the house. So she wanted to figure out what was causing the missing fan. She first asked the management company if there were fans when renting out the houses, and then went to the community to knock on doors and ask local residents if they knew if the builders had fans when they handed over the houses. Later, she found the builder's staff who were responsible for maintaining the houses and asked them to do so. We came to see what the cause was, and the company responsible for installing the quiet cool system finally gave the answer. It turned out that the fans were still there but broken, but the inspection company didnt know their specific location, and the quiet cool system didnt work, so They mistakenly thought there was no fan. In the end, we only had to spend $200 to repair the system, saving more than 2,000 US dollars. This is really thanks to Naomi's meticulous and patient work. We are grateful to her! Naomi made the process of selling our home a breeze. She was involved from beginning to end: how to properly price the house, conducted market research about the home and the surrounding areas, suggested reputable vendors to fix areas of the house that needs tending such as the roof/dry rotting areas, hired an amazing photographer to take photos of the home, provided attractive virtual staging options for most of the rooms of the home, and closed less than a month.
