Just before closing Jason reached out and provided all the utility contacts we need to switch the utilities into our names (My other realtor definitely didn't do that). Then after our walk through when we discovered the sellers had left various items around the house including a trampoline in the back yard, Jason was able to arrange for the trampoline to be taken apart and removed. I really appreciated Jason's help and expertise.
