I am so grateful for Doug. I have actually never met Doug in person. He was willing to take my basic property information over the phone. After he gathered all the information that he needed on my property he walked me through the process of listing it for sale. I really didnt have to do anything but ask questions when needed. He always responded the same day I contacted him. He informed me from the beginning that my property would take a little longer to sale because of where it was located. He was honest with me up front. After a year and a half I was getting frustrated. He would inform me every time someone was interested in it and then inform me as to why they werent interested in it anymore. I was never in the dark about what was going on. Unfortunately the pandemic happened and I started having health problems, not related to Covid. I was feeling hopeless because I knew my property was difficult to sell but he never gave up.
