I have always loved the Flathead valley and wanted to find some land up there. I had previously been referred to another Realtor and wasnt impressed with their performance. Then I found Leah, and so the adventure began. Her knowledge of the area is unmatched in my opinion, and I might also mention she knows everyone!
Finding the right piece of property can be tricky to navigate, the covenants were a challenge for me. Leahs leadership and guidance was obvious in her team, I always had what I needed. After looking at quite a few properties, I found what I was looking for. Leah wrote up the offer, and then it was the waiting game. This can be a stressful time. The transaction almost fell apart at one point, but the owners did accept my offer in the end. She was there for me the entire process, guiding me with a patience that can only be obtained from proven experience and confidence.
When I stand overlooking the entire valley from one of my cliff points, I still cant believe that I own this property. There is no way I could have found this or purchased it without Leah and her team. I highly recommend Montana Property Angels to anyone looking to purchase real estate in the area!

Where do I begin? Ive known Kayla for 5 years and we became friends since she was a real estate assistant. A few years later, her mother and her started a brokerage company hence I am writing this review because this mother&daughter dual have the most amazing work dynamic. Kayla helped me purchase my first home and Leah helped me purchase my second home. These two ladies has brought amazing connections into my life especially trying to start building wealth in my 20s. We just recently moved back to Kalispell and although the housing market is extremely competitive and stressful, Leah made our home buying experience fun and enjoyable. We have never bought a house before and were talking with other realtors before going with Leah. Others were just to busy to handle my needs, werent diligent enough or got fired before I could work with them. Leah (and her team!) worked tirelessly to help us find our dream home. She was always available to answer questions and concerns (and as first-time home buyers, we had MANY).
