After being in our home and 10 acre ranch for 43 years we wanted to move to a smaller place and be closer to our daughter in Az. Picked Erica because we had met her and were impressed. She guided us through getting the place ready and then held a open house. Even though we wanted more money than she thought it should go for -- there were no comps--- she got us a full price offer at the open house. The buyer had an incompetent realtor in LA who didn't follow through with the 30 day escrow that the buyer wanted, Erica kept on top of everything and every little detail. Because of the buyers team it didn't close for another 30 days, but she kept after them all the way. We recommended Erica to our nephew and the we so impressed that they listed with her too. I did not no much about buying or selling homes. The sale of our martial home was quite unusual compared to others. Erica was so professional especially when she was faced with the task of navigating between me, my soon to be Ex husband and his family.
