5 stars do not do Deannas work justice. I recently transitioned out of the military and accepted a new position in Ohio. Deanna took on the arduous task of helping my family and I find the perfect home in the midst of our cross-country move from Colorado. The already difficult task was further compounded by the global COVID-19 pandemic, yet Deanna excelled. From day one, she was incredibly responsive. She is proactive and does a great job of keeping you informed throughout the process. She also gets to know you and what you like/dislike; you are not just a number to her. She invests the time to truly get to know you and find the perfect home. During our shopping, she would make time to visit homes and FaceTime when we werent available to physically see homes, and she did an excellent job of explaining each homes features. We never felt rushed or pressured during the process; she is patient with you because she understands the importance of finding the right home. Lastly, once we found the perfect home for us, she did an excellent job of negotiating; we could not have asked for a better deal. Again, I cannot emphasize enough how much Deanna CARES for her clients. Even after closing on our home, she continues to reach out and ask if we need help with anything. 2020
