I have been in real estate since 2002. Prior to using Kate in this sale. My experience with realtors lets say was not impressive. The amount of cost a seller incurs form commissions never equaled the effort given by an agent or broker. Kate was and is the difference maker here. She is the only agent that I have worked with or even heard of that worked and earned every dollar of a million plus sale. She knew every detail of the properties improvements. And that was an extensive list. She qualified EVERY buyer with straight forward questions and I was impressed that she vetted all the tire kickers and lookie Lous and time waisters.
