I cannot recommend Joanne enough when it comes to buying a future home. I met Joanne when I was interested in a condo that was a listing of hers back in February of 2023. Based on the way she carried and conducted herself, I asked for her to be my realtor when looking for my future home. I finally bought a condo in October 2023 and she has been more than amazing through every step of the process. She went out of her way to accommodate myself and my schedule, answered all of mine and my families questions (there were a lot), always was beyond kind and helpful, and genuinely cares about my future and wellbeing in the place I bought. We had to sell Mom and dads house of 50 years. This after mom passed. Joanne, took great care of us during the process. She was able to evaluate the market and give us the options to market our child hood home. Communication was excellent, documents, direction were flawless. Thank You Joanne.
