Timothy and his team just completed the sale of my home in Whispering Pines, CA. I picked Timothy as my real estate agent specifically because of his unique expertise in handling real estate transactions in the Cobb area. Selling homes in the Whispering Pines is not simple because of some unique conditions like community operated water access or unusual fire hazard situation. The long and arduous task of the short sale of my vacation home was made a lot easier and softer working with Timothy and his staff. I was counseled at the beginning about what to expect going into the short sale process. The many, many forms and redundant correspondence with the mortgage holders was handled smoothly and on time by the real estate staff. Patience was golden in this journey. A clear focus on the goal was maintained and the house ended up with two competitive buyers. After one year, the home was sold and I was relieved and satisfied with the folks who were so competent, patient and helpful at Timothy Toye's real estate company.
