I started looking for my first home to purchase in June of 2020. I'm a teacher, so ideally I wanted to find a place and close, if possible, by the end of August. What was important to me when I was looking for a realtor was that I had someone who didn't make a first time home-buyer feel foolish and stressed. Dahlia not only had patience for all of my simple questions but also took extra time out of her schedule to explain concepts to me that an experienced home-buyer would know.
