She went above and beyond in helping our family through the difficult process. I first contacted Jodi in the fall inquiring about an early spring sale on my condo. She got back to me about comps and the possibility of selling sooner because there was so little on the market. She finally convinced me to give it a try in November. I was trying to avoid a sale during the holidays. She assured me she would help me through the process. We had two offers within a week! Her marketing skills were fabulous. True to her word she walked me through all the hurdles, even using her own personal time to post furniture I needed to get rid of and meeting the people when they came to pick it up so I wouldnt have to drive down to the Cape. We needed to move our elderly folks to an assisted living facility and needed to sell their condo in Southport. We are not local. During the move both of our parents become ill/injured and were hospitalized for an extended period. Jodi stepped in and took care of everything, the sale, inspections, coordinating with charities to empty the unit, you name it. She was a godsend and simply amazing! She went out of her way to help us to settle in our new vacation homeeven after the closing. We met Jodi through a referral - and referrals are always key! We were thrilled with our experience with Jodi. We'd decided to start the search for our home, just before the COVID crisis hit. Jodi quickly adjusted her processes to accommodate us. She had us set ourselves up with getting prequalified, and prepped us to be ready mentally that when we saw something we liked, we would need to move fast. Well, she was right. We saw plenty of houses online, via open houses and through a couple of well-planned visits, and none were right for us until the last day we looked.
