Nancy was persistent and certain of things, but caring too, as the entire experience of staging, for example, was quite a sad one for me in particular. She definitely "knows her stuff", and develops a personal relationship with each of her clients, I would imagine. Nancy had a shoulder replacement just after we met, but still continued to "be there" for us throughout her recovery period, which is of course ongoing, and proves her extreme commitment to her clients and her work. To paint the picture more clearly, prior to working with Nancy, we spent ~2.5 months with another agent, cleaning and staging our home for open houses and appointments, every week - multiple times a week. We did all this while rushing out of our home with 2 children (1 and 4 years old) and another on the way (yes, I am pregnant) and I personally just started a new job. Even with all our efforts, we secured only one solid offer that came in significantly under asking (50K) and other reservations expressed since we were selling with a contingency on finding a new home.

Nancy came over the night before thanksgiving day, walked around our home with permission of course... made direct evaluations on some of the weaknesses of our property and used her market analysis to determine what would be the most strategic listing price. By the end of the conversation, I knew she was the person who would help us sell our home, and though we were beyond exhausted from the previous months of trying... we knew Nancy was trustworthy and had truly logical reasonings as to why we should re-list even during the holiday season.
She hired a professional stager to give us pointers on how to make the home more appealing for listing pictures, thought carefully about what the key highlights should be for the listing description and was willing to accept feedback.
Within ONE WEEK of our listing going live, we had an offer at asking price...and by the open house weekend, we had another offer above asking. Being overjoyed is an absolute understatement.
