My wife and I simply had a wonderful buying experience with Katie. Ours was a unique situation as we were planning a move from the east coast. The long distance involved and difference in time zone created challenges from the beginning. However, over the next several months Katie made a challenging situation quite easy. She was friendly, kind, and accessible. Being several states away, we could not tour houses but Katie would routinely give us virtual tours of properties. Despite the difference in time zones, Katie would commonly talk with us after hours, on weekends and on her days off. She never made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Being from out of town also presented the challenge of not knowing any service providers in the area; long after we had completed our transaction, Katie continued to provide us insight and advice for services in town. Katie was extremely helpful with aquiring the house that was selected. She responded quickly to any messages I left her, was patient and understanding when my mother's illness and house repairs became a delay in closing and was genuine all around.
