Tom has evidently been doing his job for a long time and he takes pride in keeping abreast of land prices in the area. I think he is one of those people who like to do a good job for other people and then take care of all the unforeseen problems that pop up and have a cure for that problem. Even though I live three hours away, he made every allowance imaginable to meet me when I could get there. Then there were problems on this end and he was patient while I got everything here worked out. Now that my dream place is mine, Tom has been the go-to person when I need someone to cut the hay or someone to build a new barn. We'll see if he is handy putting up fence posts and barbed wire when that time comes.

Tom is not your average real estate agent. He went above and beyond the expectations of any agent I've worked with in the past. He spent 4 hours clearing the entrance to our property just so he could get the optimal pictures for the listing. He is also extrememly familiar with the area and various types of properties and he knows a lot of people looking to buy property in the area.
