She is an excellent listener, knowledgeable about the market and the process, never put any pressure on us, was completely honest, and generous as well. The stager and photographer she paid for out of her own pocket are both good at their jobs, and the result was an attractive listing that generated lots of visits to the house. Even though we purchased our home through a builder and that process is pretty streamlined, Laura made sure she was involved every step of the way and was always able to answer our questions or dig into any concerns we had (even during a pandemic)! Coming from another state, we were in a pinch to find a place quickly so we could move our two young children out to be with us.
