I would highly recommend Alison for your real estate needs. My sister knew her from her own neighborhood. I live outside the area so it was important to me to find someone local who knew the area well. After meeting with Alison, I knew she was the right fit. She prepared for our first meeting with information about the entire process and a well composed folder of comps in the area. Alison listened to us and answered all of our questions. She was responsive through text and email. I also appreciate her compassion and sensitivity as the sale of the home was due to the passing of my mother. It had been the only family home I had ever known and selling it was sad for me and my sisters. Alison was cognizant of that throughout the process.
