He always does preliminary research on every home and sends us a summary of his research before we decide which ones to visit. This helped us streamline our options to the homes that fit our criteria in terms of safety, after-purchase repair cost, and prospects (I wonder how he does this for each of the properties in no time. He is efficient!). Also, he organized the home visit strategically to save time and be more efficient. He is someone who considers everything holistically, and he hinted to us when we had two strong contenders about how the other house we were considering is closer to the freeway than the other ones; thus might be the better option for us since we plan on commuting. Laurence cares so much that he would even buy us lunch.

I started working with Laurence officially on July 30th, and we got the offer for our dream home accepted on August 9th. That is about ten days to find a home . And we close on September 6th. We got a beautiful, well-maintained home from a lovely seller below the market price. I have read posts about how frustrating house-hunting could be. People spend so much time going from one open house to another and months looking for a home without success.
I must say that I worked with other real estate agents before working with Laurence and the experience was different. They would tell you to visit properties and let them know if you like any. You find something; they pull the disclosure and something that you may not like surfaces in the disclosure. They might meet you once in a while to visit some homes with you. That was not working well for us. We were spending too long, and Laurence came to save us time and effort.
Laurence uses technology, e.g., recording home videos, to aid our decision-making. He uses DocuSign to prepare documents which makes exchanging documents easy. He prepares offer documents quickly, which is helpful in a competitive market.
Additionally, he linked us with the lender that provided the best rates and fantastic service and was ready to close weeks before the closing date.
My family and I are so grateful that we had Laurence to rely on during our home buying process. In 3 words: Above and Beyond. Right from looking at homes, to closing and helping with personal pointers- Laurance would hear you with patience. We are so thankful to have found and met Laurence! My husband and I were nervous about finding the right realtor, but Laurence was amazing from our first meeting and through closing. We had specific and particular needs for our next home purchase, and he was thorough in finding the perfect one for us. When we set out to buy our first home this January, we had no idea we would be doing so in the midst of a pandemic. Although we had strict criteria to find a house in a specific area, we quickly learned we would have to expand our search to get more for our dollar. Throughout this process, Laurence was patient and guided us. He listened to what we wanted, what we needed, what we would compromise on then went above and beyond our expectations. There were times he would return calls in the evening or on weekends, answer what we know were the same questions (over and over) and offered valuable advice.
