I highly recommend Chris as a real estate agent to everyone looking to purchase their home. He and his team were able to work through a really difficult transaction for us and get us to the finish line. This house was on short sale and properties as such bring an extra 2 or 3 degrees of complexity in comparison with a regular home purchase. We did have many ups and downs throughout and at one point, we didnt even know if we were going to be able to close at all. Were still in shock it happened but at the same time we are so thankful, its finally done and over with.
