As Trustee selling my parents home 2 1/2 hours away was a monumental task. The house needed some work and getting the house ready was overwhelming at times. From the time I met Charles he would ask how he could help. His selfless presence and help in this difficult time was above and beyond a real estate agent. When it came time to sell, Charles produced an all cash, short escrow sale. He was also great at handling a few hiccups in the selling process. Charles comes with my highest recommendations.

You never know what to expect when choosing a realtor that you basically cold call, but in interviewing 3 prospective professionals to market my desert home, I feel fortunate to have met Charles and Anne. Everything I asked for, they provided. They gave me great advice, and within one week, my home was sold. The 30 day escrow was actually bearable, and when problems arose, the realty team helped solve them. I will use them again!!!!
