Let me just start off by saying Courtney is AMAZING ! Not only did she go above and beyond for me, she was on vacation when I found the home I wanted. She interrupted her vacation to contact the realtor, negotiate for me ( there was over 30 offers) and WE GOT THE HOUSE !!! I am forever grateful for her.

Courtney Yates was my original realtor when I purchased my home 21 years ago. When I decided to sell, I didn't think twice about listing with her. She is professional and knowledgeable. However, this time around there was a major communication break down. Everything went well with the appointments for showing the property and receiving an unexpected number of contracts that were made in just two days! Then it was time for the home inspection. We were not informed or advised not to be present during this appointment. The inspection staff, the prospective new home buyer and their realtor were all present. So..... it was quite disappointing as well as hurtful to hear nit picky, negative remarks being made about our home. nOverall, we were pleased with the whole process as this is a stressful event for anyone. 2016
