It's rare nowadays to have this level of responsiveness (emails can be a hassle and getting on an actual phone call gets our pointe across directly and easily so we all on the same page). Luis showed great patience in helping me search all throughout Edgewater and Rogers Park, all the way to Jefferson Park, and Lincoln Square. He treated me like family and had an ease about him that was professional and personal at the same time.
