My first meeting with Dolce lasted almost three hours! She took this time to get to know me and get a feel for my needs. I wasn't even sure at the time that I was going to list my house, as other things needed to fall into place before I could do so. When I did list, a few months later, I knew Dolce was the realtor for me. Dolce had a plan for marketing my home and at a price that would yield the best possible results. She advised me about things I could do to make the home more appealing to the most buyers. I did everything she advised, and I had 5 offers in the first 6 days! If you hire a professional realtor and do not take their advice, it makes about as much sense as hiring an attorney to represent you, then leading your own defense!
