I found a home on Zillow that I thought I would enjoy, and Zillow connected me with Joseph Greene III. Since I was out of state, a friend of mine went to see it with Joseph and told me what a wonderful place it was. For buying a house sight unseen (other than a personal video tour), Joseph was a wonderful Realtor to help me get through selection, then all the paperwork and inspections. He and his wife Shari knew the area well. Joseph was there to help every step of the way, and even came to welcome me and help carry a few things inside, plus he loaned me some moving equipment and a wheelbarrow for a few weeks. That wheelbarrow came in handy! When I had a problem with the stove, even over the phone Joseph could tell me where the circuit breaker box was located. Im sure selling a house without the buyer ever seeing it was hard, but I do love my house much. I believe its taken me almost a year to finish the move from out of state. I cant wait to be there full-time.
