This review is long overdue. Jenna has been my agent for purchasing two properties here in Southbay and I was thrilled with both experiences. If it wasn't for Jenna's persistence, intuition, and reputation neither of these deals would have been possible. With my first purchase Jenna was patient as we looked at over a dozen properties before finally finding the one. The property I chose was a short sale multi-unit property that had a primary and secondary lien holder (what a nightmare). If it wasn't for Jenna's persistence and attentiveness during the 6 month long escrow, that deal would not have closed. My second purchase was a house in Redondo Beach which involved a seller who was motivated by a mysterious factor other than just money. If it wasn't for Jenna's years of experience and intuition, we wouldn't have been able to figure out that adding a long rent-back to our offer would help seal the deal. Even after the offer was accepted, it took Jenna's reputation as a deal closure to reassure the seller and their agent that we would close escrow even as my lender kept throwing curve-balls at us days before the closing date. We are so fortunate to have found Jenna! My wife and I are both teachers and were unsure if we would ever be able to find a house in our price range and in a nice area of the south bay. Our biggest concerns were price (obviously), and a nice neighborhood, since my wife was 7 months pregnant with our first child. n nI went to my out-of-state sister-in-law who is a real estate agent, and after some research she told me Jenna is the best. What separates Jenna from the rest is her vast network of connections, which can really make the difference if there are several people interested in the same house. n nWhen my wife and I finally found the house we knew we wanted, Jenna did research on the property, and was able to get our offer approved within days. She was so smart and savvy, she actually got our offer approved for $5k under the listing price. My wife and I couldn't be happier, and are really enjoying being first time homeowners.
