He really made our purchase from across the country (sight unseen!) go as smoothly as possible. He was super organized, and every time I sent him an link to a home I was interested in, within minutes I had a few documents including property disclosures waiting in my inbox. When we were ready to start viewing properties, I had him running ALL OVER the Tri-Cities area. I contacted Johnny Peoples about a listing just a couple of months ago. He signed me up for emails of any new properties that met my requirements in the Northeast Tennessee area, which I received regularly. When I traveled to the area for a short two-day weekend viewing of four properties, one of which I really wanted at the time, Johnny made the phone calls and set the appointment times, was always on-time to each property, and made special arrangements to view one that had recently been removed from the market. While I did not fall in love with any of those properties, I kept sending Johnny the addresses of other potential properties when I returned home, but nothing really jumped out at me. I saw an ad for a property that I had seen weeks prior, but that said it was under contract, so I contacted Johnny and he spoke with the realtor listing the property, found out the previous deal had fallen through, and ultimately set me up with my retirement home.
